Samir kicked the doors to the Hidden Badger and cheerfully walked his way past the other people, Lucas followed behind him. Samir chose a chair near the corner and sat down, leaning back tipping the chair.Samir sighed as he observed his surroundings, making sure not to stare people in the eye. seems kind of scary here.... Samir thought to himself. Why did I bother coming here?

The Hidden Badger wasn't as bad as he imagined. Mostly he thought of it as a gruesome, wooden stink house where fat men with no hopes sat drinking their lives away, but it was pretty decent.

"...... Where's that coat..' Alilah whispered to herself as the men entered. Once her eyes landed on them she knew it was time to get back to work. Maybe she could even convince them to try the newest ale in the tavern or perhaps make new friends. That's all she ever needed were friends. One, to keep her updated on what's going on outside and two, so she would not have to feel so abandoned any longer. She made her way over to them while washing the inside of a glass and smiled, "Bonjour!" she said with a smile, 'Would you like something to drink or maybe something new?" The light from the windows made her twitch but she tried to pull herself together.

Lucas walked through the doors to the Hidden Badger, following Samir. Who picked up a chair in the corner and sat down. Lucas followed and sat in a chair next to him. He looked at Samir who looked a little uptight. "Is it his first time in a bar?" Lucas thought to himself. "Bonjour!" a woman said, cleaning a glass. "Would you like something to drink or maybe something new?" she asked. "Hmm, normal old beer or something new? He asked himself. Then he looked back to Samir then back to the woman and said "Uhh, Whats the new thing?" Lucas didn't want something that wouldn't taste very good, but he was always willing to try something new.

(Not a very long post, but its the longest one since I've been here. W00T!)

Samir looked at the waitress," what IS the new thing?", he asked curiously. He turned to face Lucas who was probably thinking of old beer and more beer. weirdo... Samir thought quietly. He crossed his arms, not wanting to stay much longer at the Hidden Badger. Turning his attention away from the bar h turned to the waitress again, observing her silently. She had dark green eyes which Samir thought was quite strange. He'd seen a lot of people with brown, gold, red, and now green eyes. How fascinating! though her smile is a little strange. Samir thought to himself.

(yay congrats)

"Yes this new ale comes from a far away country and not many bars have it" Alilah said and smiled a bit. She slumped her shoulders showing how tired she was from working all day, "Yea its in the back somewhere but I need to sell it." The way she said that made it sound like she really did not want that ale there collecting dust. Wonder why no one would buy it or even try a little sip? Maybe people thought since no one knew where it came from that it must be some sort of toxin or disease. Only Alilah herself has had a taste and she turned out fine. It may not be the best ale she had ever had but It was good enough. She drummed her fingers on the table and looked at the two boys waiting for their answer.

Sophia peeked into the pub before carefully entering.
She didn't want to attract attention so soon. She carefully looked around, observing the other persons in the room.
Mostly men.... useless, braindead, arrogant men.... They look pretty strong.... I guess I could kill them though... Maybe with poison... when they didn't expect it.
She couldn't help but think that way. It wasn't like she enjoyed killing people, but she disliked men. The second she'd turn her back to someone, there could always be a possibility of them stabbing her into it.
Stop! I'm not supposed to think things like that. Think, Sophia, think: Friends! You're here because you want to make friends. Now who could I...
She was interrupted by her stomach grumbling. She hadn't eaten anything in two days. Too busy.
Well, this is a pub, right? Where's the waitress?
She headed for the bar, put a smile on her face and waited for someone to notice her.

Theophile walked into the bar, his feet ached a little from walking around all day. Not that he had gone anywhere in particular, he was just finding ways to amuse himself. Fahim had left on a mission, he had not said good bye, but Theo knew his best (only) friend would return shortly. Theo stood in the doorway for a moment, looking over all the people in the room. They made him uncomfortable, they were loud and dirty, they made him agitated. Looking over these people made his skin crawl, he itched to leave. As he was turning, a robed figure caught his eye. A brother.

Theo ignored the crowd and walked through the room toward the brother, there was not a seat near by, so he merely stood behind the assassin, staring. Eventually they would have to turn around he reasoned. After a moment of scrutinizing the assassin's back, Theo noticed that the cloak concealed the frame of a female, not a man as Theo had expected. Feeling as though his time was being wasted on this woman Theo clicked his tongue loudly, and turned to leave, unfortunately his foot caught on the woman's stool. Theo only stumbled, and the stool stayed upright. He stood still, completely still, watching the woman for a reaction.

((Posting as Theo for the first time in forever but i loves him. apparently now i made him a sexist but what evs Razz))

Sophia had been lost in her thoughts, but she snapped out of it when she heard someone behind her. She didn't think of it as important though, so she zoned out again soon. What could that person possibly do to her, anyway?
Ignore him. He's propably just some man, like every other man you know. He'll leave .
Yet, when she heard the sound of their tongue clicking so provocating, she couldn't help but get a little angry. It wasn't easy to get her angry, but she could clearly feel how that much that man was looking down on her.
Thinks he's better, huh? I'll show him who's.... No, Sophia, don't you loose it now. He's most likely just some stupid man who has no clue what he's doing. He'll be gone in a second....
She tried cooling herself down, but stayed sharp.
Suddenly, she felt someone kicking her stool (well, it could have been tripping, but it felt the same).
All of her efforts to ignore the man were ruined that very second. She couldn't help but turn around and face him with a cold look on her face.
Still sitting on her stool, but now facing him, she took in every single one of his features.
She made sure to put a sweet smile on her face, since she didn't really want an open confrontation. She couldn't entirely conceal how irritated she really was though.
"What do you want from me, man?"

(Well, who is this guy anyway? I mean, I can't find any information about him at all. Help? Also, it's okay if he's sexist. Sophia is kinda sexist too. Only towards men.... My, what a team they make...)

"I want nothing from you *pause*...woman" Theophile added the last part after a moment, but continued to stare at the woman. "I am just passing time until Fahim returns" He said in a matter-of-fact tone. "Why are you here? You seem to be alone, where are your brothers?"

Sophia wanted to give him a snippish answer, like she always did when talking to someone she disliked from the first moment, but then she noticed the look in his eyes. Suddenly, all of her thoughts about sassy remarks were erased, replaced with a creepy feeling. She tried not to, but she shivered a little.
What is he, dead? He looks so.... lifeless....
She was repelled by him, but he fascinated her just as much as he disgusted her.
Now that's not a normal guy!
Only now she noticed he was still waiting for an answer.
Think, Sophia. Be creative.
"Uhm..... W-Who?"
Oh yes, very creative! You can do better than that.
She quickly added:
"I mean, I don't need anyone to take care of me, especially no man!"
That's more like it!
She wanted him to think she was tough, that he had nothing on her, but somehow, she knew that he'd notice her nervousness. She couldn't help but feel uncomfortable with him staring at her like that.

(Nah, it's okay. To be honest, I was afraid you wouldn't answer anymore.... But hey, here you are. And thanks for the info on the guy. I had no clue he was a creepy psycho.....)

Theo looked at the girl blankly, "Oh." He said simply. Theo moved to sit on the stool to the girls side and rested his arms on the bar. He sat there for a moment, staring forward, and not saying a word. The background noise of the establishment melted away as he sat there, staring. "Well," He mumbled and shifted his gaze, slowly, back to Sophia, "I am Theophile..." He thought for a moment, "Who are you?." He asked in a hollow tone, it did not matter much to him, but Theo assumed it was the right thing to ask in this situation.

They were then interrupted by a young barkeep, "Hey folks!" He said, his enthusiasm seemed forced to Theophile, "What can i get for you?" He asked with a winning smile. Theophile turned his head to stare blankly at the man, saying nothing but wishing, fervently, he would go away.

((Im sooooooooo sorry for not posting >.> i promise i will get back on this site and stay here for realz!))

(Also yes he is an adorable and yet crazy creep)

Well, that one backfired! Instead of getting the guy to leave, he thinks I want to talk to him!
Sophia shifted uncomfortably, she didn't really want him to know her name. Or her age, or anything else about her. He seemed like he wanted to kill her with it somehow.
She was relieved when a barkeep approached them, and turned to the young man with a smile on her face.
It froze when she saw his cheery face with the winning grin.
It wasn't like she didn't find him charming, she just didn't like it when guys thought of women as something that was easy to take, and just as easy to dispose of. And he seemed like the type to do that.
Somewhere deep inside her, she couldn't help but tell herself that she was wrong to judge him just because he was a guy with a nice face. She wouldn't judge girls like that.
Just like with Theophile. Maybe he's not.... that bad?
She turned to Theophile again, just to find him staring at the barkeep blankly.
He's definitely that bad! He looks like he's going to kill the guy.
She hurried to order something, anything to make the barkeep leave before Theophile decided to murder him in front of everyone.
"Uhm, you got milk here? I'll take milk!"
She knew that didn't sound very grown up, but it was the first thing that came to mind.
She turned to Theophile.
"What'll you get?"

(I'll try to make them shorter, but they always turn out so long!
Don't worry about not answering. I mean, of course I was a little bored and stuff, but hey, you did answer in the end, right?)

"Nothing... I want nothing from here," Theo said still looking at the barkeep, "That's all for us," He tried a smile, after a second of giving what seemed to be a hungry looking display of all his teeth and an over all fail as a smile, Theo gave up. "That's it," He said in a monotone, but it seemed a little more depressed than before.

He turned back to the assassin he was with, "So... what is your name?" Theo was not going to let her avoid the question. "After you finish your... milk, we should go back to the monastery, I would like a training partner." Theo would not admit it, and it is doubtful he even knew it, but he would not be able to get a partner if he tried. All he knew is that other people trained together, and he though he should as well.

Sophia looked at him. Or his back, right now.
She was starting to think that maybe he might not be as creepy inside as he was outside.
Yeah, as if...
"I'm Sophia. Sophia Blint."
She said.
"And sure... We can..."
She had just said that without putting any thought into it.
What? No, i don't want to train with him! I don't even want to sit next to him!
She took a sip of the milk. She wouldn't be able to pull herself out of this, a promise was a promise.

"Excellent, friend, I used to train often at my old monastery. I have not had many chances since i have been here, and it will be nice to train with someone." Theo stood up, and positioned himself slightly behind Sophia so he leaned over her shoulder as he spoke. He decided that now was a moment to practice caution, in case anyone may be listening in. Theo leaned in closer so he could breathe into Sophia's ear. "I shall leave you here," He said, "I'll expect you in the training room shortly," And with that Theo crept through the crowd, and away.

((im gonna post in the training room. Aliwa said she would be there too))
